Testimonials

Louise makes it very easy to work with her. I’ve used her services twice so far - once to rebrand some old IP, and then on a bigger project to produce a logo and social media templates from scratch.

The whole process was smooth. Louise offered a few options and asked my opinion at critical junctures, seamlessly making small changes as she narrowed in on the final designs.

Her work is beautiful, considered and meticulous; she has thought of so many things that would never have occurred to me, and she’s gone completely above and beyond anything I expected.

Thank you so much Louise, I’m chuffed to bits :D

“I have worked with Louise to bring life to a number of medical projects over the last fifteen years. These have taken the form of anatomical illustrations which have been beautifully produced with a combination of vivid colours and Louise’s unique artist’s eye without losing the realism required for medical practitioners.

Her illustration of the British Athletics Muscle Injury Classification has been published worldwide in the British Journal of Sports Medicine and used in  many international presentations, including at the world acclaimed Isokinetic Football Medicine Conference at the Nou Camp Stadium, Barcelona FC’s home ground in 2017.

I would recommend her work to anyone interested in seeking an artist who will work closely with them to produce striking interpretations of what might at first seem a constrained subject matter.”

“Louise was able to bring my vision to life. She created branding for me based on my vision which she understood and executed perfectly. I was grateful that she spent time asking me about my vision and explored it fully with me. Her design work is beautifully creative and innovative. I adored working with her on this project as she welcomed my creative input so I felt very involved. Your brand is such a personal thing, it's important that it truly reflects how the client sees their brand. Lou gave me that but pushed it to the next level.”

“I first worked with Louise in 2012 when we decided our Stafford Half Marathon event needed a new brand identity.  Louise created a design solution that communicated the customer experience of this special community event to our audience across all marketing and promotional elements and that also acknowledged our sponsors and partners. This included race handbooks, course maps, town entry signs, gantry banners, emails, finisher medals and t-shirts.

Since then we have worked with Louise on all subsequent Stafford Half Marathon’s and when we introduced the Stafford 10K in 2016, a sister event to the Half, Louise was also asked to develop the identity for this race.

I always smile when I see the different t-shirt designs Louise has created over the past seven years ‘running’ around Stafford Borough and beyond; they are such a recognisable and visual promotional tool; something that the runners use for years after taking part and are proud to wear.

The Stafford Half Marathon event has grown from just over 1000 participants in 2012 to 4000 runners currently. The strong brand identity that has been consistently delivered through this event has added vibrancy and generated positive economic impact for the county town.

Louise has worked on many different design projects for us from branding for Rowley Park Sports Stadium to the destination parks in Stafford Borough; this included large scale communication boards as a design solution to the brief for public consultation on the Heritage Lottery Funded project for Victoria Park.

During the creation of a new identity for the leisure and culture service Louise demonstrated excellent understanding of the complex brief, endless patience, passion and drive!”

Louise did all of the design work for my print zine; The Charm Offensive print zine and it’s absolutely amazing. She’s awesome to work with, one of the nicest people you could ever meet, super talented and has great ideas. I can just give her the brief and she’ll make it look amazing. Could not recommend her enough. If you’re thinking about working with Louise, you definitely should.
